About the Initiative
Accelerating the adoption of climate solutions at scale requires healthy, vibrant communities that can adapt to changing circumstances—including climate impacts. Forging Resilience stands in the gap between local environmental challenges and expert solutions. We provide public libraries and museums free plug-and-play toolkits for building civic engagement around local environmental challenges. Lifelong science learning, art, civics education, community organizing, and place-based action are the building blocks we use to forge resilient communities.
