About Anni
Anni Dai is a Climate Fellow at the California-China Climate Institute at UC Berkeley, where she leads research and programs on renewable energy policy, power market reform, and U.S.-China subnational climate cooperation. Her work focuses on designing policy and institutional solutions for the energy transition and China’s decarbonization strategies from a comparative perspective. Anni holds an S.J.D. and LL.M. in Energy and Environmental Law from the University of Connecticut School of Law and is a licensed attorney in China.
