About Elisa
Elisa Bond serves as Program Administrator for the California-China Climate Institute (CCCI) at the Center for Law, Energy & the Environment (CLEE), where she supports program operations, events, financial administration, and cross-campus coordination. Her work focuses on process improvement, grants and vendor management, and strengthening collaboration across policy, research, and international partners.
She also serves on the Board of Directors for the League of Women Voters of San Francisco, where she advances civic engagement and organizational development, and is a commissioned California Notary Public.
Prior to joining CLEE and CCCI, Elisa held administrative positions with the University of California, San Francisco Controller’s Office, where she supported financial and administrative operations in a higher-education environment.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, with a legal studies emphasis.
